Carolina Contract Window Coverings obligations
under this warranty shall be limited to, at its option, the repair or
replacement of all or any part of the shutters, which Carolina
Contract Window Coverings determines to be defective under normal
use and service within the stated period above, free of charge to the
original purchaser.
This warranty does not apply if this product has been damaged due to
accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, misapplication, normal wear and
tear, exposure to the elements, fire, flood, or lightning, or use of
any parts or service furnished by anyone other than Carolina Contract
window Coverings or its independent network of dealers / distributors.
Minor imperfections in wood, not readily apparent from a distance of
four feet under ordinary light, will not be accepted as defective.
Customer is responsible for any shipping cost.
